How to Measure:
Using a String or Paper
• Step 1: Cut a piece of string, floss, or thin strip of paper.
• Step 2: Wrap it around the base of the finger where the ring will sit.
• Step 3: Mark where the ends meet with a pen or pencil.
• Step 4: Measure the length of the string or paper with a ruler in millimeters (mm).
• Step 5: Compare the measurement to a ring size chart, converting the millimeter measurement to the corresponding ring size.
Measuring a Current Ring
• If you already have a ring that fits, measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimeters.
• Compare the measurement to a sizing chart to determine your ring size.
Tips:
• Measure your finger at the end of the day, as fingers tend to swell slightly throughout the day.
• Make sure the size you choose allows the ring to slide comfortably over your knuckle.
